At Position Size Calculator ("we", "us"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how information is handled when you use the Position Size Calculator application ("App") on mobile (Android, iOS) or web. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Personal information. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
On-device data. The App stores your calculation history, preferences (theme, currency, language), templates, and subscription status locally on your device. On the web version, this data is stored in your browser's local storage.
Analytics data. We use third-party analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data, such as which features are used, calculation counts, and general app engagement patterns. This data does not identify you personally. A randomly generated anonymous ID (UUID) is assigned on first launch for analytics correlation. Account balances are tracked as ranges, not exact values.
Crash reports. We use third-party crash reporting tools (mobile only) to collect anonymized crash and error reports to help us improve app stability.
Subscription data. Subscription status and purchase validation are processed by third-party subscription management services and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not have access to your payment details. Subscriptions can only be purchased through the mobile app.
Advertising data. The mobile App may show ads via third-party advertising services. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization in accordance with their own privacy policies. No ads are shown on the web version.
Exchange rates. The App fetches currency exchange rates from a third-party API to provide accurate multi-currency calculations. No personal data is sent with these requests.
Remote configuration. On mobile, the App uses third-party remote configuration services to determine feature settings. These services may log device-level metadata but do not collect personal information.
The App uses third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, advertising, remote configuration, and currency exchange rates. These services may collect anonymized data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third parties.
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us.
Calculation history, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device (or in browser storage on web). Analytics and crash data are retained by our third-party service providers according to their respective data retention policies. We do not maintain our own servers or databases containing user data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
